Ageing Well with MS is a free massive open online course (MOOC) that explores what ageing is and how it intersects with multiple sclerosis. The course aims to give you strategies for healthy ageing, and help you plan for the future.
It is a companion course to our flagship MOOC Understanding Multiple Sclerosis.
Reach and Impact
Our Ageing Well with MS MOOC officially launched in April 2025. More than 1800 people have since enrolled in the course.
